RETURNING STUDENTS

All currently enrolled students will receive a Snapcode through email with a link to reenroll and update their student profile. Snapcodes to reenroll students for the 2024 - 2025 school year will be emailed in June 2024. Please review the returning student page for a guide on how to use the Snapcode to reenroll and additional action items to prepare for the new school year.

Spanish Dual Immersion Program

We encourage you to visit our Dual Immersion Program page to learn about our coveted program that has shown to help students become biliterate, improve their cross-cultural understanding, and expand their cognitive skills! You must apply for the program between February 1 to March 1! We will accept applications from Lawndale students and those in the process of applying for a permit.

  1. Entering Kinder, please CLICK HERE to apply for the program! If your student is currently in Kinder-8th grade, please submit the Late Entry Application.
  2. In addition to the program application, if you are NEW to our district, please ensure to submit the new student registration or permit application if you reside outside our district.

Before and After School Program - R.A.P.

Realizing Amazing Potential (R.A.P.) is the district's before and after-school program that expands and enhances classroom instruction. From coding and robotics to team building and many more activities! Register today.


EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

State Preschool

The Lawndale Preschool is a part-time program for ages 3-5. Locations include Anderson, Carson, Green, Mitchell, and Twain. The program is open to all qualifying students within the South Bay! Preschool accepts students year-round.

  • Enrollment for 2023 - 2024 closed on March 15, 2024
  • Enrollment for the 2024 - 2025 will open May 6, 2024

Lawndale Early Advantage Preschool (LEAP)

The Lawndale Early Advantage Program (LEAP) is designed for students with special education needs from ages 3-4 and is a unique opportunity for typically developing students known as Peer Partners who serve as models for our special education students. Peer Partners Registration

Early Start Bright Beginnings Program

The Early Start/Infant Program serves infants and toddlers with deafness/hard-of-hearing, orthopedic impairments, and/or multiple disabilities. Click here for more information. To apply, please contact the Southwest SELPA.
 

Transitional Kinder (TK)

Transitional Kindergarten supports the transition between preschool and kindergarten. Click here for more information about the program. To apply, please register through the TK-8th grade new student registration.

Bilingual TK

LESD is offering a new bilingual TK program. Please click here to learn more about the program and eligibility requirements.  The 2024-2025 application will be open from March 25, 2024 to April 9, 2024! To apply for the program, you must complete the following:

  2. Submit the new student registration or permit application if you reside outside our district.

EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS FORM

The 2023-2024 form collects income information from our families that will help our school receive educational funding and resources for our students. PARENTSQUARE

We use ParentSquare to communicate with families important school information, class updates, events, and more!  2023-2024 families can register through the ParentSquare pageIf you are entering our district in 2024-2025, please register for a ParentSquare account in August!

SCHOOL DEVICE INSURANCE

We recommend families to purchase school device insurance to cover instances of accidental damage, loss, and theft! Deadline to purchase for the 2024-2025 year is August 21, 2025.
